 Fitness Boot Camps

Are you ready to make a change? Kick start a new fitness plan to keep you active and motivated! 

Partner Discount! When you register online, add a friend to join you on your fitness journey for HALF PRICE!


Pre and Post fitness assessments included. Must be at least 16 years to register. Morning and Afternoon boot camps available. Class sizes are limited.

8-Week, 2-Day Boot Camps

  • Tuesdays/Thurdays, 5:00AM-6:00AM
  • $30 per person

*Participation in a Boot Camp only allows for access to the OC Sports Center specifically for the Boot Camp class and not does include a membership to the OC Sports Center or access to other services and facilities outside of the Boot Camp class time.  


 Life In Balance Wellness Challenge

Make yourself a priority and add balance to your life!

Utilizing the 7 aspects of the Wellness Wheel, Life in Balance aims to help you learn how to make yourself a priority in your daily life by participating in a variety of wellness activities that can be incorporated in your daily routine.

The Challenge
  • Earn Points by completing daily Wellness Activities (8 activities available each day; Each activity worth 1 point)
  • Earn at least 35 points each week to be entered into a Weekly Prize Drawing!
  • Open to OC Students, Faculty, Staff, and Sports Center Members


$500 Grand Prize
  • Top 10% Point Earners of all participants will be entered into a Challenge Drawing to win $500.00!


Daily Wellness Activities
  • Emotional and Spiritual Wellness
    • Wellness Activity #1    Personal Time
      • Spend at least 30 minutes doing something just for you to manage stress and reconnect with yourself
      • Examples: Read, go for a walk, meditate, listen to music, exercise, get a massage
  • Physical Wellness
    • Wellness Activity #2    Physical Activity
      • Do at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity
    • Wellness Activity #3    Fruits and Veggies
      • Eat at least 5 – 9 servings of fruits and vegetables
    • Wellness Activity #4    Sleep
      • Get at least 7 – 9 hours of sleep a night
  • Financial Wellness
    • Wellness Activity #5    Keep a Budget
      • Create and stick to a weekly budget
  • Intellectual
    • Wellness Activity #6    Learn Something New
      • Learn something new albeit general knowledge, academic knowledge or by listening to new ideas, views or opinions
      • Examples: Take a class, read an article, listen to or attend a lecture, try a new activity or way of doing something
  • Social
    • Wellness Activity #7    Random Act of Kindness
      • Perform a random act of kindness through volunteering, paying it forward, or doing good for others in your community
      • Examples: Pay someone a sincere compliment, volunteer in your community, pay for someone’s coffee, help someone in need, donate to a worthy cause
  • Environmental
    • Wellness Activity #8    Clean Your Environment
      • Recycle, organize or actually clean the spaces you interact with such as your home, office, car or other areas in your community
      • Examples: Recycle your trash, do your dishes, organize your desk, pick up trash on the sidewalk, join a trash pick-up event, make your bed, file important paperwork, organize your car, declutter your home

 5K Training Class

For beginners/moderate level walkers/joggers. Must be at least 14 years old to participate.

  • Saturdays at 8:00AM
  • OC Sports Center - Studio 211
  • Please Note - Classes will be held in Studio 211 inside OC Sports Center during winter months


Tennis Classes
  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00AM
  • OC Softball and Tennis Complex
  • Tennis rackets are provided as needed.
  • Spring 2019 starts February 5th!
