#9 Softball Sweeps Frank Phillips
The #9 Wrangler Softball team moved their WJCAC record to 12-0 with a four game sweep over Frank Phillips College this past weekend.
This was the third straight conference sweep for the Wranglers this year. The offense pounded out an impressive 23 homeruns over the four games.
Odessa moves to 31-4 overall and 12-0 in conference play.
The Wranglers will face Midland College this Thursday and Friday in a battle between the top two teams in the WJCAC Standings. Games will be played in Odessa on Thursday and the final two games of the series will be played on Friday in Midland.

Baseball splits series with El Paso
The Odessa baseball team split their weekend series at El Paso over the weekend.
The four game series was tightly contested as El Paso took games one and three, but the Wranglers answered taking games two and four.
Daniel Lopez continued his dominate performance on the mound winning game two. He struck out 14 EPCC hitters in the 5.1 innings he pitched. Robert De La Garza continued his hot hitting collecting six hits over the weeknd including a Grand Slam.
With the split, Odessa is now 20-4 in WJCAC play and 28-11 overall. The Wranglers now sit in third place in the WJCAC Standings with three weeks of conference play to go.
The Wranglers will host Amarillo College this Thursday and Friday at Wrangler Ballpark
