The Wrangler Rodeo Team returns to NIRA Caprock Region competition this weekend as they travel to Lovington, NM to compete at the Thunderbird Rodeo hosted by New Mexico Junior College. 

The rodeo opens on Thursday night and ends with the short round on Saturday night. 

Through two rodeos this fall, the Wranglers are in fourth place in the men's team standings and are in third place in the women's team standings.

Hayden Welsh is currently leading the Bull Riding and Molly Harper leads the region in Barrel Racing.
