Brown named WJCAC Pitcher of the Week

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of March 7-13.

Aydenne Brown of Odessa College is the WJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman righthander from Edmonton, Alberta CA went 2-0 again last week. In 11 innings pitched, she did not allow an earned run and only allowed one hit with 22 strikeouts and only 2 walks. She threw a one-hit shutout on Friday and a perfect game on Saturday.

This is the fourth time this season Brown has been named Pitcher of the Week.
